| Marcus Stokes, Writer/Director/Producer Marcus entered the world of film production as an effects artist at George Lucas’ visual effects company, Industrial Light & Magic. After several years creating visual effects for films such as the Start Wars prequels, The Matrix II & III, and I Robot, Marcus began his career in directing Before Marcus’s life in the film industry, he worked in the field of Architectural design, in which he holds a Master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He also spent several years living and working in Japan, where he learned the language and traveled extensively throughout Asia. Marcus is now based in Los Angeles and is currently developing feature length versions of “The Catalyst” and a new project entitled “Rage”.
